The classes will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays\, from October 10 to December 5\, 2025 (no class on Friday\, November 28). To make DECIDE available to our entire service area\, the sessions will be Hybrid\, with the in-person classes being held at the Billings LIFTT Office (1241 Crawford Drive) and live-streamed using Microsoft Teams. \nDesigned with funding from the National Institutes of Health\, DECIDE is an evidence-based self-management support program designed to help participants tackle real-life barriers and improve their health outcomes. These classes will focus on building strength\, balance\, and flexibility\, which are essential for maintaining independence\, preventing falls\, and enhancing overall well-being. \nThe SAIL Program is a 12-week evidence-based fitness series in which participants engage in exercises that can be performed standing or seated\, as desired.
