DESCRIPTION:LIFTT team members Holly Hanson and Erin Culp will present an overview of LIFTT’s programs and services\, including Medicaid Self-Directed Personal Care Assitance Services\, Health & Wellness Workshops\, and the Independent Living Services at Broadview Senior Center\, starting at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday\, June 18. The Broadview Senior Center is located at 13375 4th Street in Broadview. \nAbout Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT): LIFTT is a Montana 501(c)3 corporation organized as a Center for Independent Living (CIL).
