Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT) is excited to announce a dynamic partnership with the Area II Agency on Aging, designed to make a meaningful impact in Musselshell County. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to health, wellness, and independence, ensuring that residents have access to crucial resources and support.
Promoting Health Through the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)
At the heart of this partnership is the delivery of LIFTT’s Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) classes in Musselshell County. The Area II Agency on Aging has graciously offered space in its headquarters in Roundup, Montana, to host these classes, ensuring accessibility for community members. Together, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, equipping them with tools to prevent diabetes and lead healthier lives.
Expanding Independent Living Services
In addition to the DPP, this partnership will expand access for Musselshell County residents to LIFTT’s core independent living services, which include advocacy, peer support, skills training, and information and referral services. By leveraging the Area II Agency’s connections and facilities, we can reach more individuals who can benefit from these life-changing resources.
