LIFTT Board Members
Andy Fox is the Chair of the Board of Directors here at LIFTT. Andy brings a plethora of experience and knowledge, having lived with and successfully navigated a career with the National Parks Service and Bureau of Reclamation, handling everything from grants to agreements of various sizes and complexities. In his downtime, Andy tries to spend as much time with his family as possible and be active in his retirement. He strives to help LIFTT reach its potential and continue our goal of providing needed services in the local handicapped community.
Dr. Paula McMahon is an Assistant Professor of the Rehabilitation Counseling Program at Montana State University Billings. She teaches courses for students in rehabilitation and mental health counseling related to medical and psychosocial aspects of disability, individual and family response to disability, ethics, and human growth and development. She is an E-Learning fellow, working with faculty to develop and refine their online teaching methods. She has presented numerous times at the national, state, and local level on topics related to rehabilitation counseling and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Her research interests include transition services for students with disabilities, social justice and advocacy, professional development and identity, community accessibility, and integrated employment practices.

Chad provides financial planning for Individuals and Small Businesses to help them reach their goals based on their time horizons through a variety of financial instruments such as investments and insurance. Chad’s goal for individual clients is to help them save for specific goals and facilitate the distribution of their accumulated assets to meet their income needs. Chad’s goal for small businesses is to help them offer retirement plans as an incentive to employees to encourage saving for retirement.
Chad’s educational and licensing background consists of a Bachelor of Agricultural Business, a Master of Business Administration, Series 7 Securities License, Series 66 License, Health, life, and Disability Insurance Licenses. These degrees, licenses, and tenure in the financial advising space lend the experience and knowledge needed to help facilitate clients with their accumulation, distribution, and protection goals.
On a personal note, Chad enjoys studying different markets whether it be the stock market, bond market, commodity markets, or real estate market. Chad is lucky to have a supportive wife and kids. His personal goal is to help his kids develop their abilities to be successful in whatever they choose to do in life.
Maloree Murphy currently serves as the Development Director for the Billings Christian School Education Foundation. Maloree’s work supports and expands BCSEF initiatives to ensure the sustainability of Billings Christian School. She is responsible for BCSEF communication strategies and implementation, fund development activities, and acts as the liaison for the foundation board.
Before joining BCSEF, Maloree worked as the Communication and Development Manager for Elevate USA, a national nonprofit. At Elevate, she was responsible for building new branding, marketing, communication, and development strategies in eleven cities. In addition, she has done work as a business development consultant for architecture and design firms throughout Denver. Maloree desires to support and serve the community while engaging others to give of themselves in a meaningful way.
Maloree has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication that she received from the University of Montana. When she isn’t working, she is usually reading, hiking, fishing, or spending time with her husband Jason and their dog Dexter Michael.
