
Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT) will be among the exhibitors at the 21st Annual Fallon Medical Complex Health Fair on Wedensday April 29, from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Fallon County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall in Baker.
In addition to stopping by the LIFTT table to learn more about our resources, advocacy, programs, and services for the aging and disabled communities in Fallon and 17 other counties across Southeastern and South-central Montana there will be exhibits from other local health care and human service providers, blood draws, and breakfast will be available with diners invited to donate a free will offering.
