Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT) is seeking an experienced, dependable, and community-minded manager to lead the Billings upLIFTT Thrift Store.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with thrift store or retail management experience who wants to support LIFTT’s mission. Revenue generated by upLIFTT helps strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability and supports programs serving people with disabilities throughout our community.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who can think like a manager, make sound decisions, solve problems, and create a welcoming environment for customers, donors, volunteers, and employees. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, organizing merchandise and donations, supporting and directing team members, providing excellent customer service, and helping the store grow.
The store is located at 1201 Grand Avenue. Regular store hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
