New DPP Class Starts February 11

A new session of LIFTT's Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) will be held on Tuesday nights at 5 p.m. starting February 11.

When: Tuesdays at 5 PM starting February 11
Where: Billings LIFTT Office, 1241 Crawford Dr.
What: Guided by experienced Lifestyle Coaches, this welcoming DPP class follows the Prevent T2 for All curriculum and empowers you with practical tools to improve your health. As the program progresses, classes are spaced out to fit your lifestyle and keep you on track.
