Join LIFTT as we will be having a booth at the Magic City Wellness Expo this Saturday, August 23, from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the MetraPark Montana Pavilion
Come learn about all of the great programs and services LIFTT has going on, including our Fall slate of Health & Wellness classes and our Living Well in the Community Workshop, which begins on September 2.
In addition to LIFTT, over 50 other businesses and organizations will have booths and presentations that introduce visitors to new ways to improve and maintain their health!
So plan on spending part of your saturday at the Magic City Wellness Expo
