Join us every other Thursday from 6-7 p.m. for our Online Support Group!

The online peer support group is a casual and safe space where everyone can chat and share their stories. We laugh, we cry. We support, we learn, and we grow, all with the help of each other.

About Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT): LIFTT is a Montana 501(c)3 corporation organized as a Center for Independent Living (CIL).
