LIFTTing up our communities: Custer and Prairie Counties

As part of ongoing efforts to ensure that LIFTT’s programs and services reach every corner of our service area, Outreach Coordinator Monica Anderson spends the fourth Wednesday of each month in Custer and Prairie Counties conducting outreach to community partners, local governments, healthcare facilities, schools, businesses, and religious and civic organizations.
