Four Pillars of Health Workshop Oct 27

Join LIFTT and the Downtown Family Pharmacy on October 27 at 4 p.m. for a workshop covering the four pillars of healthy aging: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition and Stress Management

Join LIFTT and Downtown Family Pharmacy Billings for the Four Pillars of Health Workshop on Monday, October 27, at 4 p.m. at the Billings LIFTT office (1241 Crawford Drive).
Learn about the four pillars upon which healthy aging is built: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, and Stress Management, and get tips and strategies to strengthen all four.

The Downtown Family Pharmacy Team will also be conducting free InBody scans for workshop participants. An InBody scan is a body composition analysis that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to provide a detailed breakdown of your body’s muscle mass, body fat, and water levels. It is a quick, non-invasive, and radiation-free process that helps you understand your health beyond a standard weight, track changes over time, and identify areas for improvement.

Bring a friend, learn something new, and enjoy a great time together. We’d love to see you there!
