Dear Valued Consumers,

Over the next couple of months, we will be restructuring our independent living program as part of our continuous effort to provide the best possible services to our community.

What is the Restructuring Process?

The restructuring process involves changing and improving our program to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and overall effectiveness. A key part of this process includes recruiting, hiring, and training new individuals who will serve as Independent Living Specialists. These changes aim to ensure that we can offer you the highest quality of independent living services.

What Does This Mean for You?

During this period of restructuring, you may experience delays in our services as we work diligently to complete this restructuring. We anticipate that things will slow down for at least one month. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.

Your Patience is Appreciated

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this transition. Our goal is to create a stronger, more efficient program that better serves the needs of our community. We are confident that these improvements will greatly benefit our consumers in the long run.

We are here to support you and ensure your needs are met to the best of our ability. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance during this period. You can call us at (406) 259-5181 or email us through our contact page.

The LIFTT team thanks you for your continued trust and support.
