Living Well in Community Workshop begins January 25

Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT) is pleased to announce that for the first time in almost three years, we will be conducting a “Living Well in Community”  (LWC) Workshop. The workshop begins with an orientation session on Wednesday, January 25, at 2 p.m. with class sessions to follow each Wednesday from  2-4 p.m. between February 1 and April 5. The orientation and all classes will be held in person at LIFTT’s Billings office (1201 Grand Avenue Suite #1)

Designed as part of the Healthy Community Living (HCL) program, and rooted in the Independent Living Philosophy; L\WC is a  peer-led  10-session workshop that can help people with disablities set and achieve their quality of life goals while building skills to support their health and wellness.

LWC is provided free of charge to participants. To register or for more information contact LIFTT’s lead LWC facilitator Tara Robison, at (406) 294-5192 or tarar@liftt.org
