Tai Chi Tuesdays begin July 30

Join LIFTT For Tai Chi Tuesdays! Every Tuesday @ 9 a.m.

LIFTT is pleased to present “Tai Chi Tuesdays.” Join Eileen Rodriguez of our Diabetes Prevention & Management Program for a free 30-minute class designed to boost your health and wellness
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing. It reduces stress, improves balance and flexibility, helps to lower blood glucose levels, and enhances overall well-being.
