Every Monday (excluding federal holidays), join Anya Pulis of LIFTT’s Diabetes Prevention and Management Program for a weekly half-hour (or so), walk, or roll around the neighborhood of our Billings office!.
Walking and rolling are simple yet powerful ways to stay active. They help improve blood sugar control, support weight management, and boost cardiovascular health—all crucial factors in preventing and managing diabetes and other chronic health conditions.
The walking and rolling group will meet at 9 a.m. each Monday. For more information about the LIFTT Walking & Rolling Group, contact Anya at (406) 606-1766 or anyap@liftt.org.
