Optimize your Brain Health this Winter!

Optimize your Brain Health this Winter!

LIFTT will offer two sessions of the eight week

New Year, New Mindset!

As we step into 2025, the promise of new beginnings resonates deeply at Living Independently for Today and Tomorrow (LIFTT). With the challenges of the past years, we are more committed than ever to equipping our community with tools that promote independence, well-being, and a future filled with potential. This January, we’re excited to highlight one of our most transformative offerings: the Optimize Your Brain Health Class.

Why should brain health matter to you? Because your brain is not just an organ; it’s your life’s command center. At LIFTT, we believe in empowering individuals to make lifestyle changes that enable the brain to heal, grow, and thrive. This belief is the foundation of our eight-week Optimize Your Brain Health Class. LIFTT will offer two sessions of this eight-week class this winter, One on Mondays at 10 a.m. beginning January 13 and another on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. beginning January 15. Both sessions will be held in the community of LIFTT’s Billings office at 1241 Crawford Drive.

During these sessions, you’ll dive into actionable strategies for a healthier mind. Weekly discussions will cover essential habits such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, all designed to unlock your brain’s incredible potential for resilience and growth.

But that’s not all. For those looking to sustain their journey, LIFTT offers Monthly Discussions where participants can engage in reading groups, share insights from books and articles, and foster an ongoing support system. This collaborative environment makes forming and maintaining brain-healthy habits not only possible but enjoyable.

The heart behind these classes is Eileen Rodriguez, one of LIFTT’s passionate Nutritional Health Coaches. Trained by Dr. Dale Bredesen as a ReCODE 2.0 Health Coach, Eileen brings expertise and compassion to every session. Her mission is simple yet profound: to help you prioritize and protect your brain’s health for years to come.

Whether taking your first steps toward a healthier lifestyle or deepening an existing journey, LIFTT is here to guide and support you. Let’s make 2025 the year of transformation, starting with our minds. For more information or to register for Optimize Your Brain Health, contact Eileen at (406) 294-5185 or eileenr@liftt.org
