Ready to feel your best and take control of your health? Join us for a FREE, interactive Diabetes Prevention  Class beginning September 10 to help you prevent diabetes and thrive through simple nutrition tips, fun physical activity ideas, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
When: Thursdays at 10 AM starting September 10
Where: Billings LIFTT Office, 1241 Crawford Dr.
What: Guided by experienced Nutritional Health Coaches, this welcoming class follows the Prevent T2 for All curriculum and empowers you with practical tools to improve your health. As the program progresses, classes are spaced out to fit your lifestyle and keep you on track.
