Tai Chi for Diabetes

LIFTT is launching a new class "Tai Chi for Diabetes" Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. beginning June 4!

LIFTT is pleased to present “Tai Chi for Diabetes.” Join Tai Chi for Health Institute Certified Instructor Eileen Rodriguez  for a FREE class designed to boost your health and wellness
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and can be a powerful tool for healthier living!
Research shows that Diabetics who do Tai Chi experience:
  • Significant reductions in fasting blood glucose
  • Lower Triglycerides and LDL (“bad”) cholesterol
  • A reduction of inflammatory markers, often elevated in diabetics

Classes will be held each Thursday beginning June 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m in the community room of the LIFTT Building at 1241 Crawford Drive in Billings. For more information, contact Eileen at (406) 294-5185 or eileenr@liftt.org
