Tai Chi in the Park

Join LIFTT at 4 p.m. on Monday, May 18, at the Billings Veterans Park Playground (2609 13th Street W) for “Tai Chi in the Park.” Everyone is invited to this Free Class to come learn more about Tai Chi, a gentle and easily adaptable exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing. Tai Chi has been found to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, lower blood glucose levels, prevent falls, and enhance overall well-being.
