Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention

LIFTT is pleased to present “Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.” Join Nutritional Health Coach Eileen Rodriguez  for a free 30-minute class designed to boost your health and wellness
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing. It reduces stress, improves range of motion, balance, and flexibility, lowers blood glucose levels, prevents falls, and enhances overall well-being.
Classes will be held each Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m in the community room of the LIFTT Building at 1241 Crawford Drive in Billings. For more information, contact Eileen at (406) 294-5185 or eileenr@liftt.org
