Cookbook

In November 2024, LIFTT will pre-sell a cookbook called “LIFTT’S Low Glycemic Index Cookbook.” Developed as part of our Diabetes Prevention & Managmenet Program the Low Glycemic Index cookbook is a great resource for planning delicious healthy meals! Sales from the cookbook will support LIFTT’s mission of empowering disabled and aging people in 18 counties in Eastern Montana.

Cookbooks are $30 and orders in November are pre-sales. All books will be mailed out in early December.

If you donate $100 or more in November, LIFTT will send you a copy of the cookbook as a thank-you gift.
